Wild-type (WT) B. theta was inoculated into one of 3 groups (n=5 mice/group): A) wild-type mice fed a high-fiber diet; B) wild-type mice switched between low-fiber and high-fiber diets; or C) Rag1−/− mice fed a high-fiber diet.
