Long-term in vivo imaging of neural structure. Time-lapse two-photon imaging of the dendritic arbor (upper) and axonal boutons (lower) of a fluorescent mushroom body output neuron (MBON-α3) in a live fly (MB093C-GAL4>20×UAS-6×GFP).
