Slices were treated with l‐AP4 (500 μm, 10 min) and after a 5 min wash, they were stimulated at 40 Hz for 2.5 s. The RRP size was calculated from the cumulative amplitude plots as the y‐intercept from a linear fit of the steady state level attained during the high frequency train.
