Evaluation of RpoS⁺ RASTyV strains when exposed to hydrogen peroxide compared to RpoS⁻ strains. Strains were grown overnight in LB medium before being normalized to the same OD₆₀₀ and then harvested by centrifugation and resuspended in BSG and 19.58 mM hydrogen peroxide. Cell viability was monitored by plating on LB agar containing all necessary supplements.
