(ii) Illustration of the whole plate and the selected wells (yellow) for image acquisition. (iii) Imaging grid setting: for each well, SLIP generates a grid of non-overlapping neighboring imaging sites and acquires images at these sites. (iv) Exposure time setting. (v) Time-lapse settings. (vi) ‘Pause on PFS’ setting, which allows the user to manually correct any instance of loss of PFS. (vii) Channel setting: the highlighted channels are selected for image acquisition.
