Inhibition of H3K4me3 histone methylation modification blocks autophagy in hypoxia‐induced LX‐2 cells. LX2 cells were pretreated with 1 mm MTA for 16 h and stimulated with 100 μm CoCl₂. Cells were collected at indicated time. (A) Autophagy marker, LC‐3B, was detected by western blot, and densitometric analysis was performed using pooled data from three such experiments.
