SPR binding sensograms for the interactions of Apo SOD1^WT with (a) MIF^WT and (b) mutant MIF^N110C. Purified Apo SOD1^WT proteins were used as the ligand and recombinant MIF^WT and MIF^N110C were used as analytes. Concentrations of analytes are mentioned in the image. The sensograms shown are representative of five different experimental sets. The values are statistically valid since chi-square is less than the 10% of Rmax in the fitted graphs.
