(A) MDA-MB468 cells were transfected either with a Scrambled oligonucleotide (SCR) or siRNAs of GOT1, GOT2 or GPT2 for 30 h and then treated with or without TRAIL (100 ng/ml). GOT1, GOT2 and GPT2 mRNA levels were determined by RT-qPCR. Apoptosis was measured as described in Materials and Methods section. Error bars represent s.d. from three independent experiments. *P < 0.05. n.s. not statistically significant.
