Transcriptome-Metabolome-Wide Association Study (TMWAS) shows complex network responses of human locus ceruleus (CAD) cell line to combined exposure to the fungicide maneb (MB) and herbicide paraquat (PQ). A. Pair-wise correlation of all transcripts and metabolites using sparse Partial Least Squares regression and visualization with mixOmics. B.
