A partial regression indicates that the tumor volume was 50% or less of its day one volume for three consecutive measurements during the course of the study, and equal to or greater than 13.5 mm3 for one or more of these three measurements. A complete regression indicates that the tumor volume was less than 13.5 mm3 for three consecutive measurements during the course of the study. Animals were scored only once during the study for a partial regression or complete regression event and only as complete regression if both partial regression and complete regression criteria were satisfied.
