(A) Characterization of MCF-7DDP cells. MCF-7 and MCF-7DDP cells were treated with 5 μg/mL of cisplatin for 48 h, and the surviving cell numbers and cell morphology were observed by microscope. (B) MCF-7 and MCF-7DDP cells were treated with increasing concentrations of cisplatin for 48 h, and cell proliferation was determined by CCK-8 assay.
