Fatty acid synthase (Fasn; A), fatty acid binding proteins 1 (Fabp1; B) and 5 (Fabp5; C) microsomal triglyceride transfer protein large subunit (Mttp; D), sterol regulatory element binding protein 1c (Sreb1c; E) and stearoyl-CoA desaturase (Scd1; F) as well as adipogenic transcription factor CCAAT/enhancer binding protein alpha (C/ebpα, G) were down-regulated on mRNA level in fasted Ctnnb1^{CA hep} mice compared to their healthy littermates.
