29-year-old male patient who suffered from trauma presented in the ED. Radiographs and CBCT were acquired because scaphoid fracture was suspected. No fracture is seen in the radiographs (A dorsopalmar, B dorsopalmar with ulnar deviation) whereas the coronal reconstructions of the CBCT (C,D) clearly depict the fracture (white arrowhead).
