Resveratrol protects against TM-induced toxicity in HT22 cells. HT22 cells were treated with TM at different concentrations for 24 h. Cell viability was measured by MTT assay (A), and cytotoxicity was determined by LDH assay (B). HT22 cells were treated with 100 ng/ml TM with or without 50 μM resveratrol for 24 h, and cell viability (C) and LDH release (D) were measured.
