Our laboratory applied the DIE-RNA protocol on different GEMMs to isolate cells and extract RNA from different tissues including pancreas and liver. Experiments on osteopontin (Opn)-CreER/YFP and Sox9-GFP were realized by M. Di-Luoffo (Personal communication).
