CHI3L1 was enriched in organelles in PGRN KO mice after OVA challenge. (A) Illustration of method to identify proteins changed in organelles in PGRN KO mice. Briefly, two WT and two PGRN KO mice were challenged with OVA, and spleens were dissected for isolating organelles. The enriched organelles were analyzed by Mass Spectrometry at NYU Core facility.
