Nucleotide and amino acid alterations in the dnaA gene of sixteen temperature sensitive mutants. The mutant numbers are in blue. The four mutations dnaA47, dnaA83, dnaA517, and dnaA603 were sequenced using PCR fragments obtained from the original mutant strains (this work).
