Impaired antibody responses in Pten^fl/fl Cγ1^Cre/+ mice. (A) Titers of NP-specific antibodies in the Pten^+/+ Cγ1^Cre/+ and Pten^fl/fl Cγ1^Cre/+ mice upon immunization with 10 µg NP₃₃-KLH at day 0. NP-specific antibody titers in IgM, IgG1, IgG2b, and IgG3 isotypes were examined by ELISA using NP₈-BSA (5 µg/ml) as the coating Ag. The data represent the median ± interquartile range from three independent experiments with six mice per group at the indicated time point and were analyzed with Kruskal–Wallis test.
