Subcellular distribution N-glycan structural classes. The most prominent N-glycan structural class for a glycoprotein was used as the representative structural form. The area of each glycopeptide (XIC) was used to estimate N-glycan structural proportions in each sample (n = 6, wild-type rosette). Representative N-glycan structures were only assigned if the proportion was greater than 60% averaged across the experiments. A total of 270 proteins were employed in this analysis. The subcellar locations (SUBAcon) were obtained from the SUBA database. Only proteins found in the endomembrane were included, namely extracellular, plasma membrane (PM), vacuole, Golgi, and endoplasmic reticulum (ER).
