(B) Stage III ovarian carcinoma (the right side): metastasis in epiploon, similar to biscuits, with a maximum diameter of approximately 10.92 mm. (C) Stage III ovarian carcinoma (the right side): calcified metastasis presented in the uterus–rectum–fossa, with a diameter of approximately 7.82 mm.
