SOC activation occurs downstream of ROS generation. HK-2 cells were incubated with H₂DCFDA (10 μM) for 30 min. Cells were then pre-treated for 30 min with 2-APB (100 µM) or with NAC (10 mM) in the presence of TGHQ 400 μM for 1 h. Fluorescence intensity was measured every 10 min.
