Lung-specific overexpression of IKK2ca induced by doxycycline diet. SFTPC-rtTA+tetO-cre+pROSA-IKK2ca+ (LungIKK2ca) and littermate SFTPC-rtTA+tetO-cre-pROSA-IKK2ca+ (WT) mice were fed with doxycycline (+DOX) or normal (−DOX) diet for one month.
