Porcine B4GALT5 was indicated by a solid triangle, and all other B4GALT5 sequences were obtained from GeneBank. The unrooted phylogenetic tree was generated using neighbor-joining method by MEGA 5.0 software with 1,000 replications for bootstrap analysis and based on the alignment of B4GALT5 amino acid sequences. The scale bar is 0.02. (C) The amino acid sequence diagram of the family of porcine β-1, 4 galactosyltransferase, the homology was very low.
