(B–E) The PRRSV-infected and B4GALT5 gene-silenced 3D4/21 cells were collected at 24 h post-infection, mRNA loads of immune-related molecules produced by macrophages were tested by qRT-PCR, (F–H) and antigen presenting molecules (MHC-I, MHC-II) were tested by flow cytometry analysis and western blot.
