Ck+Ne−/SNUC case as suspected NUT carcinoma. Genome-wide copy number analysis showed a complex karyotype with losses, gains and amplifications (A). Immunohistochemical analysis with antibody anti-NUT-1 showed a focal staining in 30–35% of tumour cells (B).
