Image acquisition, post processing and data analysis pipeline. (I) Multi echo CINE image series are acquired, (II) de-noised, co-registered and combined. (III) Myocardium is segmented in 2.5° wide radial sections covering the whole myocardium and T₂^* mapping is performed. (IV) Finally basic cardiac morphology and septal T₂^* are being analyzed.
