Surgical guide used in this study. An acrylic plate with three titanium pins located along the inside of dental arch as reference (templiXTM; Straumann, Basel, Switzerland) was fixed onto each template established by vacuum former. Guiding sleeves of 5‐mm length and 5‐mm diameter were incorporated into the template.
