Representative photographs are shown illustrating lesions due to exposure to TBBPA (3 µM and 0.75 µM), BPA, TBBPA DME and vehicle (DMSO). The photographs of TBBPA at 3µM, BPA 15 µM, and TBBPA DME 10µM are of exposed embryos at 48 hours post fertilization. The photograph of the embryo exposed to TBBPA at 0.75 µM illustrates the tail malformation at a lower dose of exposure resulting in decreased severity.
