Curcumin inhibits MCL-1 in HemECs. HemECs were treated with 25 μM curcumin or DMSO for 48 hours. (A) The mRNA level of MCL-1 in treated cells was examined by the RT-PCR assay. (B) The protein level of MCL-1 in treated cells was examined by western blotting analysis. GAPDH was used as a loading control.
