Long non-coding RNA ZEB2-AS1 promotes cell apoptosis in human lung cancer cells. (A) A549 cells and (B) NCI-H292 cells were transfected with siZEB2-AS1 and total protein was collected for western blot analysis 48 h after treatment. The expression levels of Bcl-2, cytoplasmic Bax, caspase-3 and −9, with molecular weights 26, 21, 20 and 35 kDa, respectively, were investigated. GAPDH was used as an internal control. (C) H-125 and (D) H1975 cells were treated with ZEB2-AS1 plasmid and the expression levels of Bcl-2, Bax, caspase-3 and −9 were detected.
