Curcumin inhibited the activation of the PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathway. Following treatment with curcumin, western blot analysis was used to detect the expression levels of (A) PI3K, (B) AKT and p-AKT, and (C) mTOR and p-mTOR. β-actin was used as the internal reference. All experiments were repeated three times and the results are demonstrated as the mean ± standard deviation. **P<0.01 and ***P<0.001 vs. control group. PI3K, phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase; AKT, protein kinase B; mTOR, mammalian target of rapamycin; p-, phosphorylated.
