Figure 5. — Caspase-3 activity of K562/A02 cells treated with different concentrations of TcdA for 24, 48 and 72 h, respectively. TcdA significantly enhanced the activity of caspase-3 in the experimental group following 24, 48 and 72 h, and the absorbance values were statistically significant when compared with the control group.
