Notes: (A) Real-time qPCR was used to detect the mRNA expression of SIRT1 in A549 and NCI-H358 cells treated with an increasing concentration of OPN (0, 100, 200 and 400 ng/mL) for 24 hours. GAPDH was used as an internal control. (B–E) Western blot was used to detect the protein expression of SIRT1, acetyl NF-κB p65 and NF-κB p65 in A549 and NCI-H358 cells treated with an increasing concentration of OPN (0, 100, 200 and 400 ng/mL) for 24 hours. β-Actin was used as an internal control.
