B, Oxidized PSI fraction both in function of increasing light intensities in cells grown in HL conditions. The fraction is calculated as the ratio between the amount of oxidized P700 at a specific light and the total P700 quantified in the same sample using a saturating light (2,050 μmol of photons m−2 s−1) in the presence of DCMU and DBMIB. pgrl1 is not shown because its photosensitivity impairs obtaining a good signal from HL-grown cells. All measurements were performed using 25 × 106 cells/mL resuspended in TMP medium supplemented with 20% Ficoll.
