Fig 7 — LPS was purified by a modified hot phenol-water extraction method. Five micrograms of LPS was run by SDS-PAGE electrophoresis followed by silver staining. Lane 1 was a protein marker (number at the left are masses in kilodaltons). Lanes 2–5 were the purified LPS of B. pseudomallei strains K96243, 1026b, 153 and 164, respectively.
