The HEK-Blue hTLR4 cells were stimulated with LPS from B. pseudomallei K96243, 1026b, 153 and 164 at 1, 10, 100, 1000, and 10,000 ng/ml at 37°C in 5% CO₂ for 24 h. The positive control was ultrapure Escherichia coli O111:B4 LPS. NF-κB activation was determined in the supernatant using a SEAP reporter assay. Mean ± SD of two independent experiments were illustrated.
