Insulin resistance is equivocal in high-fat diet-fed WT-tp and P2Y2^−/−-tp mice. Insulin levels were measured by ELISA in serum obtained from 6 h fasted WT-tp and P2Y2^−/−-tp mice after 10 weeks on diet.
