Modulatory effect of increasing concentrations of LUF6096 on [³⁵S]GTPγS binding in response to a maximal concentration (10 μM) of Cl-IB-MECA in assays using HEK 293 cell membranes expressing human, canine, rabbit, or mouse A₃ARs.
