The effects of LRP16 knock-down on pancreatic cancer cell proliferation, apoptosis, and migration.

Notes: (A) Knock-down of LRP16 was evaluated by qPCR and Western blotting in CFPAC1 and Panc1 cells. (B) The proliferation of CFPAC1 and Panc1 cells was assessed by the MTS assay. Cells were seeded in triplicates into 96-well plates for MTS assay at 24, 48, 72, and 96 hours. (C) The effect of knockdown LRP16 on the apoptosis of pancreatic cancer cell was determined by flow cytometry. Cells were cultured in medium with no FBS for 48 hours and then stained with PI and Annexin V for flow cytometric analysis. (D) The migration and invasion ability of CFPAC1 and Panc1 cells were determined by transwell assay. The migrated and invasion cells were stained by crystal violet. **P<0.01; ***P<0.001.
