BC032020 suppresses the proliferation and migration, and induces G1 phase arrest and the apoptosis of pancreatic cancer cells. The AsPC-1 and PANC-1 cells were transfected with different plasmids (NC, pcDNA3.1-Vector; BC032020, pcDNA3.1-BC032020; BC032020 + zinc finger protein 451 (ZNF451), pcDNA3.1-BC032020 and pcDNA3.1-ZNF451) to enforce the overexpression of BC032020 or ZNF451. (A) AsPC-1 and PANC-1 cell proliferation was assessed by CCK-8 assay. NC vs. BC032020 (*P<0.05); BC032020 vs. BC032020 + ZNF451 (#P<0.05). (B) The cell cycle distributions of AsPC-1 and PANC-1 cells were detected by flow cytometry. (C) Hoechst staining for AsPC-1 and PANC-1 was performed after 48 h of plasmid transfection (scale bar, 10 µm) (D) Wound healing assay was used to detect cell migration. Data represent the means ± SD of values obtained from triplicate samples.
