The results were representative of three pairs of individuals. (b) The co-stimulatory molecule expression on splenic CD8⁺ cDCs and CD8⁻ cDCs from WT or p38α^ΔDC mice after incubation with OVA for 20 h. The gray shadows were isotype controls. The medium used was RPMI 1640 medium supplemented with 10% FBS, 1% P/S (penicillin and streptomycin) and GM-CSF (20 ng/ml). The DCs were sorted from 5 pairs of littermate mice. The data were representative of two independent experiments, each including duplicated samples.
