(B) Pretreatment of HPA segments with various concentrations of RvE1 (0.1–300 nM) for 1 h significantly inhibited constriction induced by cumulative concentrations of U46619 (1–1000 nM), with the greatest shift in U46619 EC₅₀ occurring at 1 nM RvE1, suggesting greater sensitivity of HPA compared with RTA segments.
