(A) Effect of KQ on HeLa cells determined using DCFH2-DA staining. HeLa cells were treated with KQ (6.25, 12.5 and 25 µg/ml) for 24 h at 37°C and then stained using DCFH2-DA. Cells were analyzed using a flow cytometer. (B) Effect of KQ on HeLa cells of rhodamine 123 staining. HeLa cells were treated with KQ (6.25, 12.5 and 25 µg/ml) for 24 h at 37°C and then stained using rhodamine 123. The mitochondrial depolarization pattern of cells was observed using a laser-scanning confocal microscope (magnification, ×200) and images were captured.
