A multivariable model with forward stepwise selection was generated using the univariate factors. Only ln(PIRCHE-II), recipient age, donor age, year of transplantation, and retransplantation were included in the model. Eplets, number of HLA-A, -B, and -DR mismatches, and recipient immunization status were not included in the multivariable model and, therefore, no HRs were reported for these factors.
