MDR1 expression was downregulated in SIRT6-depleted cells under the treatment of chemotherapeutics. The mRNA expression level of MDR1 was determined in Huh7 (A) and SK-Hep-1 (B) cells under the treatment of chemotherapeutics (doxorubicin, cisplatin, and sorafenib) by using qPCR analysis. β-Actin was used as an internal control. ^∗P < 0.05 vs. shCont. (C) MDR1 expression was measured in SIRT6-depleted Huh7 and SK-Hep-1 cells under the treatment of chemotherapeutics by Western blotting analysis. GAPDH was used as an internal control.
