Effects of Ir-3 on ATP release, relative [Ca²⁺] mobilization and surface FITC-P-selectin expression in human platelets. Washed platelets (3.6×10⁸ cells/ml) were pre-incubated with the solvent control (0.1% DMSO) or Ir-3 (10 and 20 µM), and collagen (1 µg/ml) was added to trigger either (A) the ATP release reaction or (B) relative [Ca²⁺] mobilization.
