Mangiferin protects MC3T3-E1 cells against Dex-induced inhibition of viability. (A) MC3T3-E1 cells were treated with Dex at the indicated concentrations for 24, 48 and 72 h. (B) MC3T3-E1 cells were treated with mangiferin at the indicated concentrations for 24, 48 and 72 h. (C) Prior to exposure to 1 µM Dex for 24, 48 and 72 h, MC3T3-E1 cells were pretreated with various concentrations of mangiferin for 3 h.
