Probability (P value), fold differences (Fold Diff), and molecular weights (Mwt) are presented for up-regulated (positive number) and down-regulated (negative number) proteins in the high compared to low FE pedigree male broiler phenotype (n = 4 per group). Mitochondrial creatine kinase (CKMT1A and CKMT2) expression data were obtained from the original dataset but not recognized by bioinformatics analysis (Kong et al., 2016).
