Viral loads within various tissues from EVD68-infected mice. One-day-old ICR mice were inoculated i.p. with 1.2 × 105 TCID50 of US/MO/14-18947 per mouse. Tissues were collected every 24 h after infection and viral loads within the indicated tissues were determined by real-time quantitative RT-PCR. Results are expressed as viral RNA copies per milligram of tissue or per microliter of blood. Data represent the mean ± SD for three mice per group.
