ZIKV infectivity titers following treatment with favipiravir and ribavirin. Vero cells were infected with ZIKV at MOI of 1 and treated with either a DMSO control (0 μM), favipiravir (1, 10, 25, and 50 μM), or ribavirin (1, 10, 25, and 50 μg/mL) for 24 h. Viral replication was determined using plaque assay on cultured supernatants of ZIKV-infected Vero cells. Data are representative of three independent experiments, and each was performed in duplicate.
